W.T. Farms is owned and operated by Tessa and Wyatt Parks, two first-generation farmers in Southeast Minnesota. We operate as a direct to consumer beef operation raising holstein steers from calf to butcher as well as producing Certified Organic hay for their own farm and for sale. They are currently operating out of Sharing Our Roots Farm in Northfield MN where animals have access to Certified Organic pasture and are part of a larger land transition from conventional commodity row crop farming to a resilient and regenerative farm landscape.
