Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The Alliance will prioritize participation from historically underserved and underrepresented farmers and ranchers.  This includes beginning producers, small-farm operators, 100% women-owned operations, limited resource producers, socially disadvantaged producers, and veteran producers.

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee advocates for and represents underserved producers, offering a farmer’s perspective to the Alliance.  Leveraging its expertise, the DEI Committee designs outreach strategies and inclusive programming tailored to the unique needs of these underserved producers.
