Samantha manages the communications and outreach strategy across the four partner states, working with more than a dozen partner and producer groups to recruit farmers and ranchers into the pilot program.  Her key responsibilities include leading the Alliance’s brand, overseeing media relations, communicating the pilot’s value to key stakeholders, and running all things social media (follow us on Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn!).

With a focus on local food systems, Samantha brings over ten years of experience working across multiple sectors to advance sustainability in agriculture.  She holds a B.S. in Geography, Sustainable Architecture and Planning from Texas A&M University (2014) and a M.S. in Environmental Partnership Management from the University of Aberdeen (2019).
