Samantha leads communications, digital strategy, and producer-facing systems that support program delivery across four partner states.

In her role, Samantha oversees the Alliance’s communications and outreach strategy, manages the program website and producer dashboards, and supports the development of tools and resources that help producers navigate the application and enrollment process. She collaborates with more than a dozen partner organizations to strengthen engagement, improve user experience, and expand access to program opportunities.

With more than ten years of experience across agriculture, sustainability, and local food systems, Samantha brings a systems-focused approach to strengthening program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and producer support.

Samantha holds a B.S. in Geography with a minor in Sustainable Architecture and Planning from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Sustainability Transitions from the University of Aberdeen.
